Privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026. MySiSite is a d/b/a of EiWare LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us").

What we collect

When you request a preview or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, website, phone number, email address and any note you add. When you pay, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment and billing details. We never see or store your full card number. If you call our business line, the call is answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and summarized so we can follow up.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, build and support your website, send invoices and receipts, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email), and our phone provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Texts and calls

We will only call or text you about your request or project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@mysisite.com.
